　　系統(tǒng)采用F型上引式流態(tài)化倉泵作為關(guān)鍵輸送設(shè)備，倉泵直接連接在電除塵器灰斗下，接受電除塵器收集的飛灰，同時(shí)采用空氣壓縮機(jī)作為動(dòng)力源，通過密閉的管道，在高濃度、低流速的狀態(tài)下，把飛灰輸送至貯灰?guī)臁?/p>

　　由于系統(tǒng)輸送流速較低，輸灰管道可采用普通無縫鋼管，壁厚一般6 ~ 8mm。根據(jù)出力要求及輸送距離，采用管徑般有以下幾種規(guī)格: DN65. DN80. DN100和DN125. 遠(yuǎn)距離輸送時(shí)，為降低末端輸送流速，可采用輸送管道變徑方式，輸送管道彎頭也可采用耐磨管或無縫鋼管背部加厚。
