Insert a micrometer that meets the recommended minimum gap between the motor rotor blade end and the gate valve driver edge plate. Drag the dashboard downwards onto the motor rotor shaft, and then upwards to the center. If the dashboard captures all the content, then the gap is too small. If there is any clanging or damage that may cause difficulties, please repair the protruding metal material by manually filing or polishing. Repeat the entire process at the blind end of the gate valve. After continuing the operation, repeat this process for all remaining top leaves. Drag a feeler gauge between the center of the motor rotor and the bearing hole of the base, and slide it from one cast-in-place plate to another. Subsequently, rotate the motor rotor in all directions of normal operation and check the clearances between all tips of the motor rotor blades. Use a micrometer with a gap 0.001 larger than the recommended one and try sliding it into the same area as described.
